Do you have an office on campus?

Yes! We have a leasing office located at 747 N. Park, at the corner of University and Park. Call 520-623-3033

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?

Great News! NorthPointe added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website, click the "Pay Rent" button. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a convenience charge for this service.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?

Everyone is required to provide a parental guaranty or sponsor. There can only be an exception upon the approval of our Community Manager in which a security deposit would be paid and is the equivalent to one and half months rent.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?

There is no discount for paying in full, the benefit is not having to worry about paying on time during the year.

Can I use my financial aid?

Not directly, however if U of A does disburse funds to you, you may use that to pay your rent at NorthPointe.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?

Of course, bring the things that make your new apartment feel like your home! However, we do rent furnished apartments so storing the furniture you don't want may not be available.
